Half amazing, half disappointing

The location is fantastic, conveniently situated between downtown and work. Breakfast offers an extensive variety each morning, and the rooms are modern with smart TVs that add a nice touch.

Room sizes are quite small, making it hard to accommodate luggage comfortably. Inconsistent communication over breakfast policies led to unexpected charges at checkout.

I loved the clean, modern rooms and the breakfast buffet was awesome with loads of tasty options. The hot tub fees are a bit steep though. 😅

I faced numerous inconveniences during my stay. The gym equipment was difficult to use, and I found a lack of decent amenities like a self-service guest laundry. Additionally, the food quality and portion sizes at the dining area were inconsistent, which left me disappointed.

the restaurant's service was painfully slow, and portions that could only be described as sad. additionally, I was shocked by the lack of any complimentary upgrades or even a welcome drink for someone like me. it's clear that special guests aren't valued here, which is disappointing. I almost thought it was a decent stay, but just couldn’t.

We loved the spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle, and the stylish lounge was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a huge buffet featuring delicious salmon, fresh fruit, and more. The location near the pine forest added charm, and it was easy to walk into the city center.

The breakfast was real tasty with a wide selection. And yeah, the staff were helpful, answered all my questions without rolling their eyes. A huge thank you to the front desk especially for dealing with my concerns.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids. The spacious rooms provided comfort for everyone, and we had access to great breakfast options to kickstart our adventures! We also loved exploring Tórshavn, especially the nearby cycling paths that the family found very enjoyable.

My wife says that the sound from the bins outside disturbed our sleep.

It was a commendable fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Torshavn with all in all brilliant value for money. I really enjoyed the modern vibe of the hotel, especially the stylish lounge that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Try to visit during breakfast hours because the spread was quite extensive with fresh options available.

The room was small but very modern, and the dinner was fantastic! Wi-Fi needs improvement.

During our four-night stay, we enjoyed the clean accommodations and appreciated the complimentary wine each evening. However, experiences at breakfast varied. arriving early is essential to avoid missing out on favorites like fresh fruits. The absence of a climate control panel in our room was a downside.
